Lead Financial Services Division: Relationship Management & Key Initiatives

Qualification: Graduation (preferably BE/B.Tech)/Post Graduation (MBA Preferred) Key responsibilities:

- Relationship Management : Actively manage relationships with Large Corporates, Fintech entities including TPAPs, Cobrand Partners, Merchants (NBFC, Retail) and aligning them with NPCI’s strategic objectives.
- Ecosystem Enablement: Support the Onboarding, enablement, and scaling of mapped Partners by ensuring seamless integration, operational readiness, and lifecycle support.
- Business Growth Support: Drive UPI and Rupay adoption within the mapped Partners . Identify and unlock new opportunities through market insights, collaborative projects, and innovation-driven partnerships.
- Key Initiatives: Develop and help implement payment strategies for the clients . Contribute to pilot project execution, and stakeholder alignment across the ecosystem.
- Compliance and Regulatory Support: Ensure partner adherence to applicable regulatory and operational guidelines in coordination with internal compliance teams, enabling safe and scalable fintech operations.

Skills and experience required

- Ability to drive agenda at CXO Level engagement – internally as well as externally.
- Strong understanding of the Digital payments ecosystem.
- Effective stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in regulatory environments and operational compliance is a plus.
- At least Intermediate level Data visualisation and for data retrieval using SQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to enabling innovation and scale.
