Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end embedded software development (design, coding, testing) for product lines, along with leading a small team and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple embedded software projects
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality
- Act as SPOC for internal teams and customers
- Perform debugging, RCA, and resolve complex issues
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices
- Contribute to hands-on development (C/C++)
- Drive process improvements and documentation
Key Skills
- Solid in Embedded C / C++
- Experience with microcontrollers & debugging tools
- Knowledge of CAN, UDS, OBD (automotive systems)
- Familiar with RTOS, Git, MISRA standards
- Exposure to MATLAB/Simulink & Python (preferred)
