Role: Lead Data Scientist – ML Time Series & Forecasting

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: India- Semi remote

Notice Period: Immediately to 15 days

Role:

Lead a team of Data Scientists/ML Engineers while remaining hands-on in building and deploying ML solutions, especially forecasting, time-series, scenario modelling, and scoring models .

Mandatory Skills:

- 7+ years in ML/Data Science with 4+ years in team leadership.
- Robust Forecasting & Time-Series experience.
- Statistical models: ARIMA, ETS, Prophet .
- ML techniques: Gradient Boosting, Deep Learning .
- Strong Python & SQL .
- ML frameworks: Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow .
- End-to-end ML lifecycle: Data → Training → Deployment → Monitoring .
- MLOps: MLflow, Model Registry, CI/CD, Monitoring .
- Experience deploying ML models into production .
- Strong technical and people leadership skills.

Good to Have:

- Financial Services / FinTech experience.
- Azure / Microsoft Fabric .
- Weights & Biases or similar MLOps tools.
