Job Objective

- Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS, forecasts, and annual budgets to support business planning and track performance.

- Provide analytical insights to management for effective financial and business decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic & Planning

- Perform in-depth analysis of financial reports with variance explanations vs budget.

- Support management in decision-making through data-driven insights.

Core Functional

- Coordinate with departments to prepare timely business plans.

- Consolidate budgets and conduct detailed analysis.

- Forecast profitability and cash flow with variance analysis.

- Analyze product-wise and geographical profitability.

- Provide costing inputs for current structures from R&D; and operations.

- Monitor and control compliance related to overseas branches.

Internal Processes

- Ensure timely submission of QIS/CMA statements to banks.

- Prepare worksheets for transfer pricing on a quarterly basis.





- Monitor departmental performance against budgets and report deviations.

- Conduct inventory valuation and analysis.

- Coordinate forex certifications with auditors.

- Manage documentation for overseas investments and regulatory requirements.

- Analyze customer financials and credit history for credit limit decisions.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports.

People Development

- Conduct product costing training for cross-functional teams.

- Develop team capabilities in analytical thinking and data management.

Key Result Areas

- Deliver in-depth financial analysis for management decision-making.

- Provide insights on sales, expenses, product costs, and profitability.

- End-to-end profitability analysis and reporting.

- Quarterly profitability reporting.

- Annual budget consolidation.

Educational &

Experience Requirements

- CA / ICWA

- 5–8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
