Lead Associate Accounting - 4+ Years - Gurgaon

Crescendo Global has been exclusively mandated to hire a Lead Associate Accounting for a leading global qualified services organization. This role offers an opportunity to work on end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance and client coordination, along with exposure to international accounting practices.

Our client is a global, employee-owned professional services organization providing integrated business and professional solutions across multiple geographies. The organization serves multinational, listed, privately owned and family-owned businesses across more than 50 countries.

Responsibilities

1. Handle AP, AR and GL accounting activities.
2. Manage bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, provisions, fixed assets, depreciation and forex accounting.
3. Support month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
4. Handle VAT compliance, European indirect tax requirements and advance tax calculations.
5. Prepare MIS, financial statement schedules and support tax audit requirements.
6. Perform GL cleanup and support intercompany accounting activities.
7. Work with IFRS standards and ensure accurate accounting treatment.
8. Coordinate with internal teams and clients on routine and non-routine accounting and compliance matters.
9. Work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for relevant accounting activities.

Requirements

1. Experience in Accounting / Financial Accounting / GL / R2R.
2. Strong knowledge of AP, AR and GL accounting.
3. Hands-on experience in reconciliations and month-end closing.
4. Knowledge of accruals, prepayments, provisions, fixed assets and depreciation.
5. Exposure to financial reporting, MIS and balance sheet reconciliations.
6. Understanding of IFRS and intercompany accounting.
7. Exposure to VAT / European indirect tax compliance.
8.



Knowledge of advance tax calculations and tax audit support.
9. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) would be relevant.
10. Robust client coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
