Role Description The Lead Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer will guide the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions for web and mobile applications. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, involving close collaboration with product managers, developers, and designers to translate business requirements into scalable models and intelligent features.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping algorithms, building and optimizing data pipelines, training and evaluating models, and integrating them into production systems. The lead engineer will review code, mentor team members, define best practices for AI/ML development, and ensure robust performance, security, and maintainability of deployed solutions. The role also includes staying current with emerging AI/ML frameworks and tools,



contributing to technical architecture decisions, and supporting client-facing discussions when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in core AI/ML concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid programming skills in languages commonly used for AI/ML such as Python (preferred), along with experience using relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Candidates should possess experience with data engineering practices, including data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, and building scalable data pipelines.
- Candidates should possess competencies in software engineering, such as version control (Git), API development, testing, debugging, and integration of models into web or mobile applications.
- Candidates should possess abilities in system design and architecture for deploying AI/ML solutions, including familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, and microservices.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
