LDAP Directory Engineer

Your role

Are you eager to design and develop LDAP directory services that form a critical part of UBS's technology infrastructure? We are looking for LDAP software engineers who can:

 Design and implement directory solutions to address business needs and enhance our position as digital leaders in financial services

 Analyze IT security requirements within the Identity & Access Management domain

 Plan, design, and deliver secure and sustainable directory solutions using modern directory technologies and programming languages

 Provide technical expertise and third-level support to customers and operations teams

 Perform code reviews, test software, and contribute to directory architecture, design, and other phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

 Ensure proper operational controls and procedures are in place for seamless transitions from testing to production

As a specialist in Directory technologies, you will join the Global Unix Directory team In this role, you will collaborate closely with key partners in IT Security and operations teams, supporting Critical Infrastructure

Services. Our team delivers scalable, high-performance directory services with a strong emphasis on automation and adherence to UBS security standards to create optimal solutions.

Your expertise

 Three years of experience as an LDAP Software Engineer, specializing in LDAP technologies

 Strong scripting skills in Linux environments, with proficiency in Shell, Perl, or Python

 Enthusiastic about working in a modern, agile SDLC environment with a strong emphasis on quality

 Knowledgeable in software design principles, including high availability, scalability, and security

 Cooperative team player, comfortable working with colleagues across global locations
