Seniority-Specific Expectations
Principal Associate | 10 years
- Independently lead complex Media & Entertainment matters and transactions.
- Manage key client relationships and work closely with Partners.
- Lead negotiations, provide strategic legal advice and supervise junior team members.
- Solid expertise in media, entertainment, IP and commercial contracts.
Senior Associate | 5–8 years
- Independently manage matters and negotiations with limited supervision.
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial, licensing, production and content agreements.
- Handle client interactions and supervise Associates and Trainees.
- Strong understanding of Media & Entertainment and IP laws.
Associate | 2–5 years
- Assist on Media & Entertainment transactions and advisory matters.
- Draft and review commercial, licensing, production and IP-related agreements.
- Conduct legal research, due diligence and support negotiations.
- Work closely with Senior Associates and Partners.
Associate Trainee | 0–2 years
- Support the team on research, drafting, due diligence and documentation.
- Assist with Media & Entertainment and IP-related matters.
- Strong interest in developing a career in the Media & Entertainment practice.
