Role Overview

We are seeking a Laundry Manager to oversee daily laundry operations, manage staff, and ensure service quality standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in laundry management, solid leadership skills, and the ability to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise laundry staff (washers, dryers, ironing, finishing, and delivery associates).
- Ensure timely processing of garments with quality checks.
- Manage chemical usage, machine operations, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor inventory of detergents, chemicals, and consumables.
- Coordinate with HR for staff scheduling, attendance, and payroll inputs.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.




- Handle customer queries and resolve service issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.

Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in laundry operations or facility management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of laundry machinery, chemicals, and garment care.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills
