A-One Job Consultancy is seeking a Labour Officer to oversee all aspects of labor relations, compliance, and employee welfare within client organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to provide guidance and support on issues such as grievance handling, wage negotiations, and employee disputes.

Key responsibilities include conducting audits to ensure compliance with labor standards, developing and implementing policies to promote a positive work workplace, and serving as a mediator between management and employees.

The Labour

Officer will also be responsible for conducting training sessions on labor laws and best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in labor relations or human resources is preferred.

- Act as a liaison between employers and employees to resolve labor-related issues





- Conduct investigations into complaints regarding labor violations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
