1. JOB TITLE: LAB TECHNICIAN-HUB

2. REPORTS TO: HUB Coordinator

4. WORK PLACE & SCHEDULE: The place of work would be at respective HUB Location. The work timing is 8 am to 4 pm (Shift -1) 4 PM to 12 AM (Shift -2) , 6 days in the week, Sundays off/Weekly Offs as per the Pilot Project work plan.

· Diagnosis wise disease report

· Assets Register

· Lab Equipment and Lab consumables stock register

· Lab tests register

· Service Process Manual

6. TA & DA: Not applicable as position is based out at respective HUB Locations.

7. EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: Bio-chemistry analyser, Haematology analyser machines

8. CRITICAL AREAS IN JOB: Lab Equipment upkeeping, maintenance, accuracy in sample drawing and test results reporting.

9. GRIEVANCE RECORDING: Operations Executive @MMU, District Manager, Regional Manager at region level and State Program Head at BHSPL Headquarters.

11. SUBSTITUTE POSITION IN CASE OF ABSENCE: ADHOC/Temporary/relieving staff will be recommended by the Operations Executive and will be arranged after approval from The Pilot Project Manager.

12.Lab Technician is responsible for Lab interior cleanliness. With the help of house keeping staff at respective HUB locations, Lab Technician to ensure hygiene of the Laboratory premises.
