Role Overview We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Microbiologist to support daily laboratory operations, sample processing, and diagnostic testing while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and assist with molecular testing procedures as per established SOPs and laboratory protocols.
Handle and process samples for molecular diagnostics while maintaining strict contamination-control practices.
Operate and maintain molecular testing equipment and instruments as required.
Ensure accurate documentation, result recording, and quality control of molecular testing procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc.
in Biotechnology and immunology is mandatory.
2–3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
Hands-on experience or working knowledge of molecular testing techniques is strongly preferred.
Experience with molecular diagnostic workflows, DNA extraction, PCR-based testing, and related laboratory procedures will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of sample handling, laboratory safety, and testing procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
