Job Title: Lab Technician

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc MLT or equivalent qualification

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Lab Technician to support laboratory operations by collecting and processing patient samples, performing routine laboratory tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples such as blood, urine, and other specimens.
- Perform routine laboratory tests accurately according to established procedures.
- Handle and operate laboratory equipment and analyzers safely.
- Prepare reagents and maintain required laboratory materials.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, quality-control procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of samples, test results, and laboratory activities.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples and biomedical waste.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory and equipment.
- Check and maintain laboratory equipment and report any malfunction to the senior staff.
- Maintain adequate stock of reagents, consumables, and other laboratory supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of laboratory procedures and sample handling.
- Basic knowledge of Hematology, Biochemistry, and Serology.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities independently.
- Valuable communication and patient-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
