The Lab & Supply Chain Management Executive is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and productive lab operations while driving end‑to‑end procurement workflows, asset management, import coordination, and vendor alignment. The role combines lab safety governance, inventory control, testing coordination, and SCM execution to support engineering and operations teams

Responsibilities

- Enforce lab safety protocols, conduct compliance audits, and maintain documentation.
- Manage inventory, asset tracking, and material/panel movement within lab spaces.
- Coordinate test area readiness, scheduling, and cross‑lab support.
- Handle PR/PO creation, invoice booking, and end‑to‑end procurement follow‑ups.
- Support asset capitalization, board approvals, and depreciation updates with Finance.
- Manage HSN codes, import rules, and vendor coordination for local panel assembly.

Required Skills & Competencies





- Solid understanding of procurement workflows (PR, PO, GRN, invoice booking).
- Knowledge of lab safety protocols, compliance audits, and regulatory documentation.
- Experience with inventory management and asset tracking tools.
- Familiarity with HSN codes, import regulations, and logistics processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with engineering, SCM, finance, and vendor teams.
