Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate – KYC Due Diligence Officer to join the KYC Operations team. The role involves performing client onboarding, recertification and due diligence for institutional clients while ensuring adherence to global KYC procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform KYC onboarding and periodic recertification of institutional clients.
- Conduct SDD, CDD and EDD based on client risk classification.
- Perform KYC screening and verify client information and documentation.
- Review and document client information in accordance with KYC procedures.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies and potential KYC risks and ensure timely resolution.




- Coordinate with internal teams and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Respond to Front Office and client-related queries.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and peer teams.
- Contribute to process improvement and strengthen existing control measures.
- Participate in process training, knowledge-sharing and cross-training activities.
- Support global and local projects related to KYC operations and productivity improvement.
- Work with technology/support teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

Required Skills
- Positive understanding of KYC / Client Due Diligence processes.
- Exposure to Client Onboarding, Recertification, CDD and EDD.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
