Relevant Experience: Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM PA, OM, Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY), HRSP/HR Pack upgrades, SAP HCM configuration, payroll testing, integration, production support, regression testing, and implementation/rollout activities.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SAP HR functional consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) .
- Strong experience in Organizational Management (OM) including organizational units, positions, jobs, relationships, and reporting structures.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management (PT) .
- Strong experience with work schedules, holiday calendars, attendance, absence management, overtime, and Time Evaluation .
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) .
- Strong experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll areas, gross-to-net calculations, deductions, allowances, and statutory requirements .
- Strong experience with retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, payroll corrections, payroll logs, and payroll reconciliation .

- Experience identifying functional impacts on PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, interfaces, custom objects, reports, forms, PCRs, schemas, and wage types during HRSP upgrades.
- Strong experience in Payroll Regression Testing and Parallel Payroll Runs .
- Experience validating gross-to-net calculations, wage types, deductions, statutory calculations, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, and FI posting after upgrades.
- Robust experience in SIT, UAT, regression, integration, interface, and end-to-end testing .
- Experience with L2/L3 SAP HCM production support, incident management, RCA, and SLA-based issue resolution .
- Strong integration experience with SAP FI/CO, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP S/4HANA, time/attendance systems, banking/payment systems, and third-party HR/payroll applications .
- Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents, Fit-Gap Documents, Solution Designs, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts, and Test Results .
- Experience supporting data migration, data validation, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and knowledge transfer .
- Strong coordination experience with ABAP, Basis, Security, Integration, technical teams, business users, and external vendors .
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have:
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM HR Pack 34 / HRSP upgrades .

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, implement, integrate, test, deploy, and support SAP HCM solutions .
- Configure and maintain SAP HCM PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll modules.
- Configure employee master data, infotypes, personnel actions, dynamic actions, enterprise structures, and personnel structures .
- Configure organizational units, positions, jobs, relationships, reporting structures, and position management .
- Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, attendance, absences, overtime, shifts, and Time Evaluation .
- Configure and support SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll areas, deductions, allowances, benefits, and statutory requirements .
- Analyze payroll logs and resolve payroll calculation and processing issues .
- Support retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, payroll corrections, and payroll reconciliation .
- Support payroll posting to SAP FI/CO .
- Perform requirement gathering, business workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and solution design .
- Participate in SAP HCM implementation and rollout projects .
- Support data migration, data validation, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare .
- Prepare and execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, integration testing, and interface testing .
- Lead or support SAP HCM HRSP / HR Pack upgrade activities .
- Review the existing HRSP level and assess the upgrade path toward the target HR Pack 34 level.
- Analyze relevant SAP Notes, legal changes, corrections, and functional changes delivered through HR Support Packages.
- Perform functional impact analysis across PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, ESS/MSS, interfaces, reports, forms, and statutory processes .
- Identify potential impacts on payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, custom reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, user exits, and BAdIs .
- Coordinate with Basis and technical teams for SPAM/SAINT and technical HRSP upgrade activities .
- Define and execute functional regression-test scenarios for business-critical HCM processes.
- Execute pre-upgrade and post-upgrade payroll test runs and compare payroll results.
- Validate gross-to-net calculations, wage types, deductions, statutory calculations, retro accounting, off-cycle payroll, and FI posting .
- Support parallel payroll runs and investigate payroll discrepancies.




- Validate Time Evaluation and Time Management processes after HRSP upgrades.
- Validate interfaces and integrations with FI/CO, SuccessFactors EC, ECP, S/4HANA, time systems, banking systems, and third-party applications .
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP HCM.
- Analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis , and resolve payroll-critical issues within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Security, Integration, and other technical teams for issue resolution.
- Analyze enhancement and change requests and assess their impact on existing HCM processes.
- Prepare functional specifications for required developments and enhancements.
- Support SAP upgrades, HRSP implementations, patches, enhancement packs, and release activities.
- Maintain functional documentation, test results, defect logs, cutover plans, go-live checklists, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Mentor junior SAP HCM consultants and act as a functional point of contact for assigned processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization .
