Role Description The Kolkata Logistic Biker role at Labridge is a full time, on-site position based in Solapur, responsible for supporting efficient movement of diagnostic samples and related materials. The individual will collect, transport, and deliver blood and RT-PCR samples between partner labs, diagnostic centers, and hubs while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Daily tasks include following assigned routes, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs, verifying documentation,



and coordinating with the logistics and lab teams to address any delays or issues.

The role also involves basic record-keeping, handling consumable deliveries, and providing courteous, professional interaction with partner staff.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with partner labs and internal teams.

- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to manage routes, prioritize deliveries, and address operational challenges in real time.

- Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management and Export awareness to understand logistics processes, handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Valid two-wheeler driving license and safe driving record; familiarity with local routes in Solapur and nearby areas.

- Ability to handle medical samples responsibly, follow SOPs, and maintain hygiene and safety standards.

- Reliability, time management, and the ability to work flexible hours as per operational needs.

- Minimum high school education or equivalent; prior experience in logistics, courier services, or healthcare delivery is an advantage.
