Job Title: KG Teacher

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative KG Teacher who can create a protected, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. The teacher will be responsible for supporting childrens academic, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate activities and teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons suitable for kindergarten children.
- Teach foundational concepts such as phonics, numbers, vocabulary, basic writing, and general awareness.
- Conduct creative activities including storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music, dance, and educational games.
- Encourage children to develop good habits, communication skills, confidence, and social behaviour.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Observe and monitor students learning, behaviour, and developmental progress.




- Maintain appropriate records of student progress and classroom activities.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children’s progress and needs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for events, activities, and curriculum planning.
- Follow school policies, procedures, and child-safety guidelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; Montessori or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience teaching KG/Pre-Primary students is preferred.
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Patient, caring, creative, and energetic personality.
- Ability to manage young children effectively and positively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools are an advantage.
