Responsible To : Executive Kitchen Steward, Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor, Assistant Executive Kitchen Stewarding.
Job Summary:
Under the guidelines of the superior maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned area.
Established Duties:
· To abide by the rules and values of the hotel.
· To maintain positive health and preventive and measures to be to be taken to control blood borne diseases.
· To maintain clean, hygiene, odourless trash bins free from residue.
· To ensure clean, dust free and well lubricated wheels of banquets and rooms carts which should be free from any residue.
· To ensure continuous supply of clean dishes and equipment’s.
· To maintain clean, hygiene cutter and mixers free from any residue.
Kitchen Steward is a crucial part of the kitchen team, contributing to the overall success of daily operations under the guidance of superiors.
