About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow our E-Commerce & Quick-Commerce business in the Food & Beverage / FMCG sector, driving account growth, online sales, and platform partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow e-commerce & quick-commerce accounts
- Drive availability, distribution and online visibility
- Develop channel-wise growth plans
- Launch and scale NPDs/NPIs
- Manage listings, content, pricing, OFR and PO execution
- Plan and optimise platform media and performance campaigns
- Manage trade, promotional and media spends
- Coordinate inventory, forecasting and fulfilment
- Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain and finance teams
- Build relationships with platform category managers, KAMs and buying teams

What We're Looking For





- 3+ years of relevant e-commerce / quick commerce experience
- Currently based in Bangalore
- Brand-side experience in Food & Beverage / FMCG
- Hands-on experience with leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
- Solid e-commerce contacts and industry network
- Proven track record of scaling online businesses
- Experience in launching and scaling NPDs / NPIs
- Strong commercial understanding of sales, margins, promotions and profitability
- Ability to independently manage accounts and lead teams
- Graduate mandatory; MBA preferred
