Role Description The Key Account Management Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key OEM and industrial clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their engineering services and equipment needs.

Daily activities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal engineering, design, and production teams, preparing proposals and quotations, and ensuring timely delivery and after-sales support. The executive will monitor account performance, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling,



and maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status. The role also involves visiting client sites as needed, gathering feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of services and solutions.

Qualifications

- Solid account management and client relationship skills, including stakeholder communication, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment design, or engineering services, with the ability to understand technical requirements and solutions.
- Experience in sales or business development in manufacturing, engineering, or related industrial domains.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial terms, with basic analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality) and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant experience in key account management is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working on-site and at customer locations within the Greater Chennai Area.
