We are looking for a Modern Trade professional with strong experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, and execution to drive sales and growth across modern trade channels.Key Responsibilities

- Manage key modern trade accounts and build robust customer relationships.
- Drive business development and sales growth across assigned accounts.
- Plan and execute promotions, visibility and in-store activities.
- Develop strong store-level relationships and ensure effective execution.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify business opportunities.
- Monitor sales, distribution, stock and promotional performance.




- Ensure proper execution of company plans and trade schemes.
- Manage and guide the sales/team members to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order, supply and execution.
- Prepare regular sales MIS, reports and analysis using MS Excel.

Required Skills

- Strong Key Account Management skills.
- Experience in Modern Trade / FMCG sales.
- Business development and negotiation skills.
- Strong execution and team management capabilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience handling Reliance Retail / SMART Bazaar will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
