Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Junior Visualizer / Graphic Designer with a robust passion for visual design and a solid understanding of print layout and pre-press basics.

In this role, you will support our senior creative team in bringing design concepts to life across print and digital media. You will assist in formatting, editing, and prepping production-ready print collateral—such as packaging,press ad,brochures, flyers, banners, corporate stationery, and event graphics—while maintaining high brand standards and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Layout & Design Support

- Assist senior designers in creating creative layouts for packaging, press ad, brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, social media banners, and internal communications.
- Adapt key campaign visuals into various formats, aspect ratios, and print dimensions.
- Maintain consistency with corporate brand guidelines, color palettes, and typographic rules across all project deliverables.

Print Production & Pre-Press Preparation
- Prepare basic print-ready files following technical specifications (CMYK color mode, 300 DPI resolution, bleeds, margins, and trim marks).
- Assist with file formatting, page assembly, font packaging, and image linking in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- Support image retouching, cropping, color correction, and background removal in Adobe Photoshop.
- Perform preliminary file checks (preflighting) to catch typos, broken links,



or low-resolution images before final review.

Asset Management & Team Collaboration
- Organize and maintain well-structured project folders, design archives, font libraries, and visual stock assets.
- Communicate with external print vendors to submit files and follow up on proof updates under the supervision of senior team members.
- Work collaboratively with copywriters, marketers, and lead designers to implement feedback and revisions efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience (0–2 years of experience in an agency or marketing setup).
- Software Fundamentals: Proficiency in essential Adobe Creative Cloud /Coral draw applications:
- Core Print Understanding: Basic knowledge of CMYK vs. RGB, 300 DPI vs. 72 DPI, bleeds, margins, and standard paper sizes.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating visual composition skills, typography, layout sense, and student/client print projects (e.g., posters, booklets, branding collateral).
- Soft Skills: Keen eye for detail, eagerness to learn technical print processes, good time management, and receptiveness to creative feedback.
