Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Video Editor role based in Bengaluru.

The Junior Video

Editor will support the creative team by editing video content for various digital platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing raw footage, assembling rough and final cuts, applying basic color correction, and adding graphics or motion elements as needed. The role also involves collaborating with senior editors, designers, and account managers to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and client objectives, as well as maintaining file organization and meeting project deadlines.





Qualifications

- Robust foundational skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with the ability to work with raw footage and create cohesive narratives.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual style and quality.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance video content and support brand messaging.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
- Attention to detail, good visual storytelling skills, and the ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with creative and account teams on-site.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work; formal education in media, film, design, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
