About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a robust visual sense, an interest in video content and the ability to turn creative ideas into engaging digital content.

The role will primarily involve creating short-form videos, Instagram Reels, motion graphics and visual creatives for Cubictree's brand and marketing communication. What you'll be doing:

● Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels and social media content.

● Edit raw footage into engaging and visually appealing videos.

● Create motion graphics, animations, transitions and visual effects for digital content.

● Create graphics and creatives for social media, website, marketing campaigns and brand communication.

● Add typography, transitions, music, effects and basic colour correction/grading to videos.

● Create posters, promotional creatives, campaign visuals and other marketing assets.

● Resize and adapt creative assets for different digital platforms and formats.





● Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into visually engaging content.

● Use AI tools for creative ideation, visual generation, editing and improving creative workflows.

● Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and execute creative ideas.

● Stay updated with social media, video, design and content trends.

● Support the team with PowerPoint presentations and presentation design when required.

● Good understanding of Video Editing

● Knowledge of Motion Graphics and Animation

● Understanding of Typography and Visual Hierarchy

● Ability to create engaging short-form videos and Reels

● Good visual sense and attention to detail

● Understanding of current social media and digital content trends

● Willingness to explore and use AI tools in the creative process

● Ability to work independently and collaborate with the marketing team

● Good time management and ability to work within deadlines

Good to Have

● Understanding of PowerPoint and presentation design

● Basic knowledge of sound editing and audio selection

● Experience creating content for B2B, technology or corporate brands

● Basic understanding of branding and visual identity

● Familiarity with AI-powered creative and video tools
