We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Junior Technical Sales Executives and Senior Field Sales Executives to join our sales team across Tamil Nadu.

The ideal candidates should have experience or interest in technical sales, field sales, adhesive sales, customer relationship management, business development, and customer support.

Candidates with an educational background related to the Footwear Industry will be preferred. Candidates from other educational backgrounds must have relevant Footwear Industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Promote and sell company products, including adhesives, chemical products, Zhong Bu Resin adhesives, and Quarandure Hardeners.
- Provide product-related information and basic technical support to customers.
- Address customer enquiries and coordinate the resolution of technical and product-related issues.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, payments, and after-sales support.
- Follow up on sales enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Customer Service, and other internal teams.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, visit reports,



and follow-up reports.
- Support new customer acquisition and market development activities.
- Conduct market visits and gather information regarding customer requirements and market opportunities.
- Provide field service and customer support as required.
- Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings, business development, and field sales activities.
- Perform other sales and customer support activities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Educational Qualification: Diploma / Graduate / Degree in Footwear Technology, Footwear Manufacturing, Footwear Design, Leather & Footwear Technology, or another qualification directly related to the Footwear Industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with other educational backgrounds may also be considered if they have relevant experience in the Footwear Industry.
- Junior Technical Sales Executive: 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Senior Field Sales Executive: 2-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in Footwear Industry, Adhesive Sales, Technical Sales, Field Sales, Customer Support, or Chemical/Industrial Sales will be an advantage.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.




- Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu and other assigned territories.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with an educational background related to the Footwear Industry are preferred.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds should have relevant Footwear Industry experience.
- Experience in footwear adhesives, chemical products, footwear manufacturing, or industrial sales will be an added advantage.
- Robust customer-facing and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, field visits, and business development activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Ideal Candidate
