Qualifications

- Basic Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards




- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
- Food Innovation - Experiments to come up with recent specialities that will draw customers
- Keeps up with the trends in cooking and restaurant business
- Should have worked previously as a Jr. Sous Chef /Sr. CDP, minimum prior experience of 7-10 Years in the Industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned with a can do work style
- Some experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
