Position: Junior Sales Executive

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune, Maharashtra

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 to 1 Year

Compensation: Up to 25K per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and follow up on customer inquiries generated through calls, walk-ins, and digital leads.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for customers at under-construction projects.
- Explain project details, floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and CRM team for lead updates and customer records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the buying journey.

Eligibility Criteria

- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Field Sales.
- Sales Experience in Real Estate Market is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication can preferred.
- Must have own Bike & Driving License.
