Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Scrum Master to join our delivery team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with 0-1 year of experience who are eager to learn Agile practices, support project delivery, and help teams collaborate effectively.

You will work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to support Agile ceremonies, track progress, remove blockers, and ensure smooth communication across teams.

What You’ll Do

- Support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Assist teams in following Agile and Scrum practices
- Track sprint progress, action items, risks, and blockers
- Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, and business teams
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status updates
- Help ensure clear communication across cross-functional teams
- Support backlog tracking and sprint execution
- Encourage collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Business,



Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 0-1 year of experience in project coordination, Agile delivery, Scrum, or related role
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, sprint planning, and software development lifecycle
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to track tasks, timelines, blockers, and follow-ups
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Valuable to Have

- Basic knowledge of product development or software delivery
- Exposure to Agile tools, project management tools, or reporting dashboards
- Interest in delivery management, team facilitation, and Agile ways of working
