About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior SMM Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in social media marketing, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a quick-paced environment.

You will assist in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and supporting various digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, edit, and schedule engaging social media posts.
- Assist in developing social media content, captions, hashtags, creatives, and short-form content.
- Research current social media trends, popular content formats, and relevant topics.
- Suggest new and creative ideas to improve social media engagement and brand visibility.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and respond professionally.
- Track and maintain social media performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and interactions.
- Prepare social media performance reports and share insights with the marketing team.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the content, SEO, design, and marketing teams when required.
- Assist with content research and competitor analysis.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, features, and best practices.




- Support other digital marketing and social media activities as assigned by the team.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong interest in social media marketing are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write engaging captions and marketing content.
- Creative mindset with an interest in developing current content ideas.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and techniques.
