We are looking for a Junior Sales Assistant Logistics Knowledge to support the India Sales Service Department at our Perambalur office.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of sales order processing, logistics coordination, shipping documentation, customer communication, and administrative support. Candidates with experience in Sales Assistant, Production Assistant, Logistics, Shipping, Administration, or related roles are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and maintain sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, logistics, production, and other internal departments.
- Support shipping and logistics arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain import/export documentation.
- Coordinate order dispatches and delivery schedules.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery through effective follow-up.
- Maintain sales records, reports, and related documentation.
- Handle customer communication and follow-ups regarding orders and deliveries.
- Assist with expense reimbursement and related documentation.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Service Department.
- Maintain proper filing of sales, logistics, and shipping records.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve order or delivery-related issues.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications

- Graduation and above from a recognized institution.
- Min 12 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in Sales Assistant, Sales Coordination, Logistics, Shipping, Production Assistant, Administration,



or similar roles will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of logistics and shipping processes.
- Basic knowledge of import/export documentation is preferred.
- Good English communication and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Candidates with a Chemical-related educational background or work experience will be preferred.
