About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our creative agency. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and hiring talented professionals across creative, marketing, sales, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and create/coordinate relevant JDs.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate salary discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Support employee engagement and basic HR activities when required.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and candidate screening.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience hiring for creative/marketing roles will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
