Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position to work on an ANRF-funded research project entitled:“Harnessing the Advantages of Nanofluids in Biphasic Mesoscale Flow for Increased Yield and Selectivity in Mass Transfer Controlled Reactive Systems.”

Deadline: Extended to 14th October The project will involve research at the intersection of multiphase flow, nanofluids, transport phenomena, reactive systems, and mesoscale fluid dynamics, with a strong emphasis on both experimental fluid mechanics and computational modeling.We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a strong interest in fluid mechanics and transport phenomena.
Candidates from Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.Essential qualification: Candidates must possess a valid GATE/NET qualification, as applicable.Prior experience or exposure to fluid-mechanics experiments, CFD/computational fluid dynamics, multiphase flows, numerical methods, and transport phenomena will be highly desirable.
? Fellowship:
₹37,000/month + 10% HRA
⏳ Duration: Up to 3 years
? The position may also provide a pathway toward pursuing a PhD at IIT Kharagpur, subject to fulfillment of the applicable Institute admission requirements and selection procedures.
