We’re Hiring: Entry-Level QC Chemist – Chemical Manufacturing

M.N. Polyester India Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of Unsaturated Polyester Resins, is looking for an Entry-Level QC Chemist to join our manufacturing team in Coimbatore.

This is a hands-on quality-control role in a chemical manufacturing factory. It is not a biotechnology, microbiology, pharmaceutical, research, or clinical laboratory position.

Responsibilities

- Routine testing of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products
- Carrying out chemical and physical QC tests as per established procedures
- Recording test results accurately and maintaining QC and laboratory records
- Preparing, organising, and maintaining routine regulatory and compliance documentation
- Maintaining laboratory equipment, glassware, chemicals, and consumables
- Coordinating calibration, servicing, and upkeep of laboratory instruments
- Supporting production with routine quality checks
- Maintaining proper safety, cleanliness, and laboratory practices

Candidate Profile

- B.Sc. Chemistry required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing,



QC laboratories, resin, paint, coatings, plastics, or similar industries are also suitable
- Must be comfortable working in a factory and chemical manufacturing workplace
- Must be comfortable communicating in Tamil
- Must be able to read, write, and maintain documentation in English
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and document handling, are expected
- Candidates from Coimbatore and nearby areas are preferred
- Outstation candidates may also apply if genuinely willing to relocate to Coimbatore

Salary: Up to ₹22,000/month, depending on qualification, relevant experience, practical ability, and interview performance.

This role is best suited for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain practical experience in industrial chemistry, quality control, and chemical manufacturing.
