About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Program Manager to work across Business Operations, HR, and Delivery. The role involves supporting ongoing initiatives, improving processes, and working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market and competitive research to support ongoing initiatives..
- Contribute cross-functionally by enabling new processes, driving tool adoption, and identifying ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support Client Operations and Project Management activities..
- Identify operational gaps and help build structured, repeatable processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Client Operations, Project Management, Business Operations, or a similar role..
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills..
- Robust problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and learn new domains quickly.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets..

Nice to Have

- Experience in a Founder’s Office, Business Operations, or Program Management..
- Exposure to HR or Delivery Operations.
