Job Title : Junior Project Manager

Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Project Manager to support projects in the skill development ecosystem. Ideal candidates will have exposure to government-led skill development schemes (NSDC, PMKVY, State Skill Missions) and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, training, finance, technology)

Prepare and share regular updates, dashboards, and status reports with stakeholders

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records

Identify project risks and support mitigation strategies

Ensure compliance with government program guidelines and policies





Facilitate weekly/monthly reviews and team collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Public Policy, or related field

2–4 years in project coordination/management (skill development, education, or social sector preferred)

Exposure to government skill development schemes is an advantage

Core Competencies

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
