Reports To: Senior Merchandiser

We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser – Riding Division to join our team in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Job Objective• Monitor the product sample process according to buyer requirements.

- Maintain merchandising files and keep timelines and action plans updated.

Key Responsibilities• Assist Senior Merchandisers in maintaining buyer accounts.

- Prepare sampling schedules and trim cards.




- Prepare POs and invoices for product samples and ensure all related documentation is maintained accurately.
- Prepare costing and estimate profits for each order.
- Follow up on targets with the concerned departments and maintain effective coordination across the organization.
- Coordinate with sampling and material departments for product development, approvals and shipment schedules.
- Assist in preparing costing, work orders and BOMs.
- Perform data entry, data management and data analysis related to merchandising activities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers and other required data reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of merchandising data and records.

Requirements• 0–5 years of experience in merchandising; freshers with relevant skills may also apply.

- Good data entry and data management skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to understand and analyze data.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and preparation of reports/trackers.
- Ability to prepare and maintain POs, invoices and sampling-related documentation.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage timelines.
- Knowledge of costing, BOM, work orders and merchandising documentation will be an advantage.
