Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Junior Manager – R&D; (Adhesive Lab) to support the development, testing, optimization, and quality evaluation of adhesive formulations. The role will be responsible for laboratory trials, raw-material evaluation, product improvement, troubleshooting, and coordination with Production, Quality, and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize adhesive formulations as per product and application requirements.
- Evaluate new raw materials and alternative materials for R&D; applications.
- Troubleshoot adhesive performance issues and identify root causes.
- Maintain accurate records of formulations, trials, test results, and technical reports.




- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams during scale-up and commercial trials.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and safe use of chemicals and laboratory materials.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures, SOPs, and applicable quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports and present R&D; findings to management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of adhesive chemistry and formulation techniques.
- Hands-on experience in an adhesive/R&D; laboratory.

Educational Qualification B.Tech / M.Tech /M.Sc. in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
