WE’RE HIRING | INVESTMENT RESEARCH TEAM

Real Touch Finance is looking for talented and analytical professionals to join the Investment Research Team supporting our Family Office for the following positions:

Role & responsibilities

- Conducting fundamental and financial analysis of companies, industries, sectors, and investment opportunities
- Performing detailed equity and investment research, including financial statement analysis and valuation
- Preparing investment research reports, financial models, company notes, and investment presentations
- Tracking equity markets, macroeconomic developments, industry trends, and market opportunities
- Evaluating investment opportunities based on risk, return, valuation, and long-term growth potential
- Supporting the investment team in portfolio monitoring and investment decision-making
- Conducting due diligence on prospective investments and analyzing business models, management quality, and financial performance
- Monitoring existing investments and providing regular updates on portfolio performance and key developments
- Working closely with senior investment professionals and contributing to investment strategies and research-driven recommendations

What We’re Looking For ✔ Strong analytical and financial research skills





✔ Excellent understanding of equity markets and investment concepts

✔ Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and Excel

✔ Ability to interpret financial statements and assess business performance

✔ Strong attention to detail and independent research capability

✔ Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly analytical investment environment

✔ Candidates with Family Office experience will be strongly preferred

Junior Investment Research Analyst

Experience: 3+ years

Preferred Background: Prior experience working with a Family Office / Investment Management / Investment Research environment

Qualification: MBA – Finance / CFA

Senior Investment Research Analyst

Experience: 5–7 years

Preferred Background: Strong experience in a Family Office / Investment Management / Equity Research/ Portfolio Research setting

Qualification: MBA – Finance / CFA
