Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR Operations and Employee Engagement activities.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, HRMS, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, LOP, and other payroll-related data.
- Manage attendance and leave administration.
- Support statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
- Handle employee HR queries and coordinate with managers.
- Communicate HR policies, announcements, and process updates.
- Support performance reviews, probation tracking, and confirmation processes.
- Coordinate employee training and engagement activities.
- Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
- Support employee exit and Full & Final Settlement processes.




- Identify and support HR process improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience working with HRMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.

Good to Have
- Experience in an IT / Software / Technology company.
- Exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Experience in employee engagement activities.
- Knowledge of HR MIS and reporting.
