About the Role

Prachaar Company is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can turn ideas into visually engaging designs and videos.

The role involves creating social media creatives, Reels, short-form videos, advertisements and other digital marketing assets for multiple brands.

We are looking for someone with a good visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to understand different brand styles rather than using the same design approach for every client.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and digital advertising campaigns.
- Create social media posts, carousels, Stories, banners and promotional creatives.
- Design creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Work according to each client's brand guidelines, fonts, colour palettes and visual identity.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and formats.
- Create basic marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, flyers and presentations when required.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to translate content ideas into effective visual communication.
- Explore new design concepts instead of relying heavily on templates.
- Maintain consistency and quality across client creatives.

Video Editing
- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos and advertisements.
- Convert raw footage into engaging, polished videos.
- Add text overlays, transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects and basic motion graphics.
- Edit videos according to current short-form content trends while maintaining brand identity.
- Create strong opening hooks and maintain appropriate pacing for Reels and short-form videos.




- Resize and optimize videos for different social media platforms.
- Organize and manage raw footage and final video assets.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar software.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colour combinations and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create qualified social media designs.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video formats.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics is preferred.
- Familiarity with Canva is useful, but the candidate should be capable of creating original designs beyond templates.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to handle multiple brands and meet deadlines.

Added Advantage Candidates with the following skills will be preferred:
- Video shooting using a smartphone or camera
- Understanding of framing, lighting and composition
- Photography skills
- Adobe After Effects / motion graphics
- AI-assisted creative tools for image and video creation
- Experience creating Meta Ad creatives
- Experience working with multiple client brands or in a digital marketing agency

Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is creative, curious and willing to experiment.

You should be able to look at a brand and understand what visual style suits it rather than creating the same type of design for every client.

You should also be comfortable taking raw footage and transforming it into clean, engaging and skilled short-form videos.

Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.

Application Requirement

Candidates should share their portfolio/showreel along with their application. The portfolio should ideally include examples of graphic designs, social media creatives and video/Reel editing work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
