We are seeking a high-energy, Head of HR who brings fresh perspectives to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end people function, championing a progressive culture that matches our tech-first business ethos.
Because we value youthful agility and contemporary approaches to workplace dynamics, we are specifically looking for a dynamic leader not more than 35 years of age who can connect seamlessly with our young, growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Scaling: Design and execute high-velocity hiring pipelines to support our rapid branch and operational expansion across regions.
- Culture & Engagement: Cultivate a high-performance, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture suited for a contemporary financial-tech environment.
- Performance & Talent Management: Implement modern OKR/KPI-driven performance frameworks that reward merit, continuous learning, and innovation.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee payroll, employee benefits, statutory compliance, and digital HR policy implementation using cutting-edge HR tech stacks.




- Learning & Development (L&D;): Build continuous upskilling pathways for field and corporate teams to align with our evolving digital infrastructure.

What We Are Looking For

- Age: Maximum 35 years old.
- Experience: 5 to 9 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years leading an HR function or managing a substantial HR team (experience in startups, financial services, or tech-enabled operations is a strong plus).
- Education: MBA in HR, Personnel Management, or an equivalent master's degree from a reputed institution.
- Mindset: Highly tech-fluent, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and biased toward action. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and reject rigid, bureaucratic processes in favor of smart, scalable people solutions.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
