Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute technology transfer plans to scale up production processes from lab to commercialization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, QC, and manufacturing, to ensure successful implementation of new technologies.
- Conduct process optimization studies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to process scaling up and provide solutions to resolve problems.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in biotechnology industry with expertise in process development and technology transfer.
- Robust understanding of biologics production processes and ability to develop scalable protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
