Job Summary
Position: Plant Chemist
Location: Vatva - Ahmedabad
Experience: 4 - 5 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities
- Shift Supervision, Manpower Planning
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Ensure output meets quality standards; Enforce health and safety precautions.
- Regularly inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
- Good knowledge of Chemistry.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Team Work Time Management
- Outstanding communication skills, organizational and leadership skills; Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Positive Manufacturing Practice
