SAP IBP Configurator Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Configurator Consultant with 5-7 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). The candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP IBP solutions to support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Response Planning, and S&OP; processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, master data, and attributes.
- Design data models and planning processes to support business requirements.
- Implement solutions for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP.;
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into IBP solutions.
- Configure planning operators and support planning algorithms.
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CPI (HCI).




- Ensure data quality and seamless data flow between source systems and SAP IBP.
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills:

- Robust hands-on experience in SAP IBP configuration.
- Expertise in Planning Areas, Key Figures, Master Data, and Data Modeling.
- Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP.;
- Strong knowledge of SAP CPI/HCI integration with SAP IBP.
- Experience in data integration from external systems to SAP IBP.
- Ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP APO background and Supply Chain Planning experience.
- Understanding of planning processes and supply chain best practices.
