Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality analysis of software applications to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement changes.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and execute tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., logs, metrics) to identify trends and patterns.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) is required; knowledge of Agilent or similar tools is an asset.
