Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate optimal pricing and terms with tech and non-tech vendors.
- Manage competitive bids and project manage the contract review process with Legal, CyberSecurity, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Monitor supplier performance against SLAs/MSAs and resolve performance issues.
- Develop financial analytics and ROI-based evaluation tools for commercial negotiations.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of strategic sourcing or vendor management experience (high-growth tech workplace preferred).
- 5+ years of experience tracking spend and analyzing large data sets.
- Expertise in SaaS/IT contracts, DPAs, MSAs, and Statements of Work.
- Exceptional negotiation, influence, and project management skills.
