Role & responsibilities
Make Outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, offers.
Generate leads and schedule property/site visits.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain records of calls, leads and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
Achieve monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Candidates with real estate/telecalling experience will be preferred.
