Civil Engineer - Sunil Construction Co.
Position: Civil Engineer

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 4-10 Years.

Job Summary
Sunil Construction Co. is looking for a Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, quantity verification, contractor coordination and timely completion of assigned works as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects and site teams.
- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Ensure quality of workmanship and construction materials as per project specifications.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
- Assist in preparation and checking of BOQ, RA Bills and quantity statements.
- Monitor manpower, material and equipment utilization at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Planning, Purchase, Quality and HSE teams.




- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within timelines.
- Ensure compliance with construction quality and safety standards.
- Report delays, material requirements, quality issues and other site concerns to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction & Site Execution.
- Good knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements and billing.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4-10 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial or high-rise construction projects will be preferred.
- Candidates willing to work at construction sites are preferred.
