Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage collection calls to customers for outstanding payments.

- Identify customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

- Update customer interactions on the system accurately.

- Maintain a professional attitude during all interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in collections or related field (collections, credit collection, debt recovery).

- Robust communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Proficiency in collection management software and systems.
